The Childrens Knit!
Actually one of the childrens knits. The older one, and today he asked if I’d show him how to knit a tube. Yup, that’s right my baby boy now has green sparkly yarn and is armed with dpns. Let’s just have a quiet moment of pure maternal pride.
Ah, I bask in my own glory as a role model.
Now before you start coveting my awesome super human ninja Mom powers, know that someday you too might have a childrens of your own that will be almost as wonderful and clever as my childrens. There is no need to feel inferior because your childrens have not attained the glorious awesomeness of my childrens.
I want to have cats that knit. Then I will truly feel superior!
LOL! My mother once told me about “The Mother’s Curse”, which basically says, “One day, you’re going to have kids who are just like you!” I guess that’s a lot more ominous for some of us than for others.
