Thanks! We had a great garage sale and loved meeting our new neighbors. I'm looking forward to some family picnics when the weather is a little warmer.

I just bought our house from a couple that lived in it for 30 years. They semi-retired to Florida. Most of the houses we checked out during the year search were of homes where the owner was downsizing--grown kids with no need for all the room. We still have quite a bit of baby boomers in our block, peppered with some families with young kids. It is a great mix. Enjoy your garage sale--wishing you lots of sales.
